It includes up to two hours of consultation per month, a newsletter and access to information about legislative updates relating to employment practices in Ontario. They get a reduced hourly rate based on signing up for a six month commitment. They have access to an HR Professional that is familiar with their business and can call them to ask specific questions when they need to.\n\n<h4>All of the services are provided with a focus on employee engagement and using humane organizational practices.
